This site is dedicated to our childhood memories. Kindergarten, a world of finger paint, barney, and no cares or worries. We will always cherish our childhood.

Kindergarten for me was a very special year for the simple fact that it was my first year in school and there was a lot to learn that year. I went through many challenges like learning to wake up every morning and mastering the skills of finding a good seat on the bus with all the big kids. That year was also crutial for finding new friends and learning all my A.B.C's and 1, 2, 3's.

Kindergarten for me was a place of excitement and fun. I enjoyed interacting with all of my peers. There were lots of different activities in which we participated in through out the year, such as attending the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Baily circus and performing acts from it in the school audiotorium for our parents. Also, we participated in the red cross swimming sessions at the Elizabeth City State University's swimming pool. Kindergarten was a place for learning and fun. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

To me friendship meant a lot in kindergarten. Kindergarten wasn't the same if you didn't have friends to share your feelings. In kindergarten we use to have show-n-tell and centers. Centers such as house keeping and blocks. We also had nap time which I took for granted, but now that I am in 8th grade where nap time is not an option I wish I hadn't. Kindergarten was a fun filled experience for me.
